(reduced target TBD in Y1)Develop comprehensive targeting strategy for F500 companies and work with teams to prioritize targetsBuild a realistic pipeline of opportunities to better guarantee achievement of targets and maintain an accurate sales forecastMaintain full opportunity management process (G4S Way) in Salesforce and report monthly on sales performanceBuild a collaborative working relationship with sales leaders/sales teams across the region and internationallyDevelop and write bid strategy documentation and major contract approvals to support internal approval processes for large/complex dealsSupport bid preparation activities, such as Executive Summaries, technical responses, etc. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administrationHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five years of high performance sales experienceSolid track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals year over yearExperience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management applicationCollaborative/team player experience to deliver resultsExcellent relationship building and consultative selling skillsOutstanding listening skills and ability to think on their feet
