Job Description Our Guest Service Agents will provide professional guest service and service recovery to our clients through many mediums. They utilize not only inbound/outbound calls, but email, fax, system queues, various reports, social media, escalated complaints, management requests, property partners and other 3rd party partners. Responsibilities: Professionally represent® during inbound and outbound interactions with guests, potential guests, partners, and various departments while adhering to all interaction standards, policies and procedures. Provide professional guest/partner support and service recovery to achieve elation both internally and externally. Responds to requests and provides Guests with product and service information. Accomplishes service recovery by identifying, researching, and resolving guest issues. Assists Guests with new bookings. Supports sales and marketing initiatives by attaining individual, departmental, and company goals. Responsible for accurately documenting/recording all transactions. Responsible for collection of manual fees and mitigation of cost or expense to®. Qualifications: Requires full availability with nights, days, and holiday shifts with some flexibility to work different shifts based on business needs. Proficiency in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to overcome objections and solve guest concerns. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with one to three months related experience and/or training.
